I am prob. one of the worst cooks you have ever seen. It's because I don't care. Well, that's not completely true.

I judge how well I cook by whether I can eat whatever I make. I seem to do well with curried chicken because i don't use any heavily processed ingredients. :D

Hard to say, I cook many things, unless I'm travelling I never go to a restaurant, maybe twice a year. I make a huge bowl of soup every week to eat for lunches during the week, maybe that.
Speaking of soup, my Mom makes the best soup ever ;). We are going to hopefully start a soup and salad restaurant soon.

My wife is an excellent cook! My son learned from her. I am NOT a cook. Lately I've managed good toast, and good hard-boiled eggs with easy peeling. But I am very good barista, good coffee is like a meal for me.

With anything that is raw you risk getting sick. Eggs can contain salmonella. So it is best to fry, or boil it. :)
That's right. In Japan, there has long been a custom of eating raw eggs, and quality control is strict. Rather, they are told to watch out for germs on the shell.

If you have a chance to travel to Japan, try raw eggs.🍳🥚🐣
