Advice Request What is TCP Meltdown? Brief question about it.

In my VPN, I use OpenVPN-TCP, because with UDP I don't get optimal speed.
Based on the article above and what it says, should I be worried if I use my VPN with OpenVPN-TCP?

Which VPN are you using? If possible, why not try WireGuard for better speeds?

WireGuard, give you much better speeds than any other protocol. If not exist in your VPN try IKe2, it's better t than OpenVPN.
All the protocols are safe, you can not decrypt OpenVPN 128 bits easily.
