Opera has been blocked here since 2016 as well, but I recently noticed that I can access the website again—maybe it’s an error or something temporary. You can probably download it from Softpedia and use their VPN when you need to update. However, I don’t think you’re missing much without it, since everything available in Opera is also accessible through other browsers, including shady stuff.

Yandex is actually based on opera, except of few features such as adblocker and vpn.
Both has the feature of autoscolling to top on clicking tab.

Over time, I’ve realized that I use different browsers depending on the device and the situation, so my preferences have evolved.

Microsoft Edge has become one of the most practical options for me, mainly because of its built-in page translation, good website compatibility, and overall convenience for everyday browsing.

Brave is another browser I like because of its built-in Shields, which help block ads and trackers, as well as the flexibility it offers for customizing the browsing experience.

Firefox proved particularly useful on an older computer. I experienced some stuttering when streaming videos with Edge and Brave, but playback became noticeably smoother after installing Firefox. The graphics reports showed certain limitations related to hardware acceleration, although I can’t say for sure what caused the difference.

At the moment, I don’t have a single favorite browser. Each has its strengths and may be better suited to certain situations, so I tend to choose whichever one best meets my needs at the time.

Stomping around in the world of open source often I find myself leaning back on Firefox. It is as one of my favorites years ago, but then became heavy and sluggish and found myself drifting to other browsers, but recently have come back and settled.

I have stuck with Chrome and Edge, often Edge signs in on sites I use, while Chrome didn't, not sure why, guess Edge is more windows friendly
