Advice Request What scenarios would you use Windows Sandbox over VirtualBox VM?

Title. And vice-versa (VirtualBox VM over Windows Sandbox).

Removed Windows Sandbox due to it's limitations. No reboot.

Windows Sandbox is nativ so i would always prefer that

Windows Sandbox if you need to quickly test a software or see how it behaves.
VirtualBox for everything else, especially if you need persistence.

Windows Sandbox is poorly- or under-developed and has limited usefulness.

IMO, VB allows the running of another OS so you can prevent your host OS from being fingerprinted. Windows SB (like SandBoxie, Shadow Defender, Shade etc) cannot do this.

FI, you can run WIndows SB in VB provided you have a AMD machine

You can enable Windows Sandbox if you have installed Windows 11/10 in VirtualBox. You need AMD CPU to enable Windows Sandbox in VirtualBox.
