Ladies and gentleman... Let me present you the most beautiful and authentic Croatian music—klapa. 😊

Klapa music is a form of traditional a cappella singing with origins in Dalmatia, Croatia. The word klapa translates as "a group of friends" and traces its roots to littoral church singing. The motifs in general celebrate love, wine (grapes), country (homeland) and sea. Main elements of the music are harmony and melody, with rhythm very rarely being very important. In 2012 klapa was inscribed in UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

White dawn

We should go to bed
Everyone else went long ago
Your mother fell asleep waiting for you to come

Everyone else lied down long ago
All the candles are extinguished
I would like to watch dawning with you again

I never have enough
Of your hands, of your body
White dawn will find us embraced again

Everyone else lied down long ago
All the candles are extinguished
I would like to watch dawning with you again

I never have enough
Of your hands, of your body
White dawn will find us embraced again

I never have enough
You are my beautiful fairy
White dawn will find us embraced again

It will never be the same as before

It will never be the same as before

I've went through half of life, salting (wasting) the days
Roaming, flying for luck and sinning by the side
Sold youth for misery, you wanted it
While I was floating through the life, you were the lantern

It will never be the same as it was
I could drink young wine, but my body thirsts for love
It will never be the same as before
Used to be calm sea, clear, but isn't anymore

It will never be the same as before
Used to be calm sea, clear, but isn't anymore

I wouldn't change anything in my life except me
Crazy mind killed me because it doesn't see you
No tears in your eyes, just trail is left
In that trail I see shadows and I know it's enough

It will never be the same as it was
I could drink young wine, but my body thirsts for love
It will never be the same as before
Used to be calm sea, clear, but isn't anymore

It will never be the same as it was
I could drink young wine, but my body thirsts for love
It will never be the same as before

Never, never again
