I've been searching for awhile now, but have had little to no luck with this. I have CCleaner with the CCenhancer add-on and I was wondering what I should be cleaning with it? What's safe to clean? I've googled some of the options, but going through the entire list of options would take quite some time. Is there a list already out there? What would you guys recommend cleaning?
