I have V.1803(Old but working for me) & 1909 in 2pc.
No courage to go V.2004 as of now.
Consumers (ie. Home/Pro editions) users should not be using a Version of Windows 10 older than 18 months. Based on
Release Information, Microsoft recommends the latest version of Windows 10 - where available. It should be noted that Version 2004 may be problematic for some users, and it's OK to skip or wait for next update. Version 1909 is still supported.
If PC
users are willing to ignore the most basic and generic advice around computer security, then you have to question, why does it matter to use the 'Best Antivirus' or 'Most Secure Android ROM'? They will continue to use insecure systems, out-dated software, inadequate protections and reused passwords.
On another note, Microsoft should scrap the 2 Major Versions per year, and focus on releasing yearly stable updates with 18 months support terms.
