We have received a few messages from users getting the "Please enter a valid message" when trying to create a thread in the Malware Removal Assistance forum.
So why is this happening? The answer is very simple, while we have added a few check-boxes and fields to better understand the issue, there is still the need to enter a message in the final text box just above the "Create Thread" button.
So, the answer is very simple, if you encounter the "Please enter a valid message" error, just write a message in the final text box. You have the below screenshot to see where you need to enter a message (you can enter any message).
