Troubleshooting WIA high CPU usage

Hello,
I just noticed tht my desktop have some moments of high CPU usage.
It seems that the culprit is "WIA".
Is this a normal event or not ?

Service Name: stisvc
Display Name: Windows Image Acquisition (WIA)

Provides image acquisition services for scanners and cameras

2. Services tab
3. Open Services
4. Right-click Windows Imagine Acquisition (WIA)
5. Restart service

Please can you tell me if I have to restart this

Antother question is that on the forum you linked, the conclusion is to change "automatic" for "manual"

Yes, that's the service to restart.
First you can see if that solves your problem.
Then you can set the service to manual and see if all the things you do with your all-in-one still work.
