Hello,
I just noticed tht my desktop have some moments of high CPU usage.
It seems that the culprit is "WIA".
Is this a normal event or not ?
Thanks.

Do you have a All-in-One Printer/Scanner connected to your PC or Network?

Found this online: https://www.tenforums.com/performan...image-acquisition-process-high-cpu-usage.html
  1. Open Windows Task Manager
  2. Services tab
  3. Open Services
  4. Right-click Windows Imagine Acquisition (WIA)
  5. Restart service
Hello,
Thanks @Spawn for your help.
Yes, I have an all-in-one printer/scanner recently installed.
Please can you tell me if I have to restart this:unsure:

or this ?

Antother question is that on the forum you linked, the conclusion is to change "automatic" for "manual"

Yes, that's the service to restart.
First you can see if that solves your problem.
Then you can set the service to manual and see if all the things you do with your all-in-one still work.
