If a program installed malware and the anti malware found something.
Will it delete the malware itself or will it delete the program that came with the malware too?

-thanks!

I'm sure that you're talking about Adware (Advertising Malware) and PUP (Potentially Unwanted Programs).

The Results depend on which Anti-Malware that you use. I Recommend MalwareBytes and Zemana + Adwcleaner.

If the program in question isn't malware itself then no, 9 chances out of 10 it won't uninstall the specified program but it will remove the malware from the host machine. It happens often that malware is installed from real software due to advertisements, this is by most times not meant from software distributors and they heavily frown upon the matter and will remove the advertisements if they start doing so.

You can protect yourself from this by using an application such as Unchecky.
