What solution do you recommend for repeatedly rolling back updates, instead of reinstalling the system? For example, is using the "Fix problems using Windows Update" option helpful? And is it safer with regard to writing to the SSD?

Use a free / paid imaging program & do a full image first, it takes me 20 seconds, if anything goes wrong it takes less than a minute to restore your system exactly as it was, no worries, there are no disadvantages to doing this

Thank you, what I was really asking about is if you already have a system problem that keeps recurring, what steps can you take before performing a clean install as a last resort?
