HDD Regenator is program to detect and isolate bad sectors. This doesn't mean they won't return again, it is just the matter of time. You should check your hard drive with specialized tool. My friend is running a blog and he have step by step instructions to do it:

If it finds bad sectors, then you should start thinking to replace your hard drive.
