I Can't Find "Windows Firewall" on Services.. :"(Did you make changes to your PC prior to this issue?
I would suggest you to make the “Windows Firewall Service” startup type to “Automatic”.
Follow these steps:
a. Press “Windows key + R” from keyboard.
b. Type “services.msc” without quotes in the “Run” Window and hit enter.
c. Search for “Windows Firewall”.
d. Make “Startup Type” to “Automatic”.
e. Click "Apply" and then "Start"
f. Press "Okay" then head over to Windows Firewall to check.
You should download Farbar Service Scanner http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-service-scanner/ but it's better if you create a thread in Malware Removal...I know... Just "Windows Firewall" is NOT on Services...
