Well, ironically enough, since I have a PC that I format often, I installed the April cumulative. It needed to shut down like 2/3 seconds now it takes 15 seconds. Thanks Microsoft But well, for the rest of my dailies and family, as I said never let them to be "beta" testers of crappy optional updates. And about ppl saying not fatal updates since W7, I have had more problems in the last year than even before On my Ryzen setup, March update made system glitch a lot... I reverted it and all OK. Decided to give a shot April update and now much slower shutdown... All in all, I think I am gonna to do on my "usually-formatted" PCs as rest of PC I take care of -> LTSC + just security updates. Looks to be the only way of not having to deal with isaues every since and then Regards! PS: On friend computer, about 2 months ago, Ryzen, he got 1909... Result: 2 minutes to boot up and 3 minutes to shut down. LTSC + debloat -> 7 seconds to boot and 2 seconds to shut down
