Hello,
I am unsure where I was infected by this malware. It appears to be some kind of worm, in my findings, and likely has an executable somewhere in my system files which remakes the application folder whenever I reboot and the folder has been deleted.
I have attempted to use MalwareBytes Anti-Rootkit and AdwCleaner (per this thread and this thread), however I get nothing past the User Account Control screen asking if I would like to allow the program admin rights. I am unsure if this is a problem with the programs, or perhaps some kind of interception set up by the malware. Obviously, Farbar ran fine. Logs below.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Press the Fix button just once and wait.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finishes FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.

It does not appear to have fixed the problem, the processes are still present and using system resources.

This appears to have fixed it, thank you!
Just so you're aware, I ended up having to download/extract to a different computer and then use a flash drive to get the extracted files onto the infected system. For whatever reason, attempting to run mbar would result in a UAC warning, and then nothing else. I think this had to do with the malware removing some driver; mbar warned me about a missing driver at the beginning of the scan. I was able to fix it by just following the prompts.
