Thank you for your time.

I downloaded a program to view my windows experience index, I think it's called Windows System Assessment Tool 2. I could be mistaken as it was some hours ago and I was unable to locate this file on my computer, so I figured it was a virus. I checked my internet and I was getting popups galore, the webpages were being edited to fit other advertisements on and there are these things that pop up which are further advertisements around the page I have to exit.

I have run all those malware programs and some came up with some errors, however they seemed to have removed those errors and further scanning does not locate anything whatsoever. And the popups and such still keep coming. A popup blocker add on stops them but that really isn't the solution...

I guess this teaches me to mess around with unknown programs. Any help you can supply would be muchly appreciated, thank you!

For future protection I can recommend you:
- Adblock --> https://adblockplus.org/en/chrome
- Unchecky --> http://unchecky.com/

The following will implement some post-cleanup procedures:

=> Please download DelFix by Xplode to your Desktop.

Run the tool and check the following boxes below;

Purge System Restore

Click Run button and wait a few seconds for the programme completes his work.
At this point all the tools we used here should be gone. Tool will create an report for you (C:\DelFix.txt)

The tool will also record healthy state of registry and make a backup using ERUNT program in %windir%\ERUNT\DelFix
Tool deletes old system restore points and create a fresh system restore point after cleaning.
