I don't think one VPN is necessarily faster than another. It heavily depends on your ISP and how well your VPN servers connect to your ISP and then also the server locations you choose and how many people are on those servers. Some VPN servers are hosted by 3rd party providers who have excellent peering and you will have fast speeds. Then others don't.

Hi, ProtonVPN Plus is IMHO a better VPN than EkspressVPN & faster too.
