Comparison WinRar or 7Zip? What's your favourite?

Which Program do you use? Which is your favourite?

I use another program called Bandizip.
Update - Bandizip now keeps "Mark of the Web" information for extracted files

I personally use 7Zip. WinRar annoys me with the buying messages everytime you use it.

@motion I personally use 7Zip as it is free and does what I need it to do. Simple, light weight, and easy to use program!

If you don't mind me asking @motion what are you looking to get out of either of the programs? Myself and or others can help steer you into the right direction if we had more information!

I use Bandizip.

I hate the 7-Zip's user interface, so have never used it. I like WinRAR but prefer to use a free alternative, as something like Bandizip works just as well for me.

Bandizip? Would never use it without a Firewall rule,

I use 7-zip, because it is free, but I like the way WinRAR creates SFX archive, I miss that feature. As for Peazip, I did not like something about it.
