Advice Request Wireguard error

Hi, I created a tunnel with the Cloudflare profile but when I want to connect I get the errors that I attach in screenshot. Well I hope to find a solution. Thank you very much.

They want you to use IRC, but I would send an email request as well.

Thank you very much, I went there to the chat and it was the windows dns service that was disabled now everything works correctly.
