I have checked our blog through VirusTotal, no vendor reported as malicious(Both HTTP/HTTPS version)

Sure, I've just reported to them.


I'm currently not using F-Secure SAFE, only their VPN.
Most interesting is, that the https version is not blocked by the VPN!



Settings are very limited in FS FreeDome, there's no option on blocking sites without certificate (https).

Will update once I've got the reply.

Seems that F-Secure FreeDome VPN browsing protection is a bit more aggressive, only trust HTTPS-based websites

Yes, I think that's the point.
Just tried to download the installer from xsecantivirus.com, it get's blocked until you add the s to http.
Haven't noticed that behavior before...

From this version, we removed CommandLine Version due to less usage
From this version, we changed component requirement
Users should remove Context Menu through Commandline Version and re-install X-Sec Antivirus(remove all files then re-download)

Very nice update. I love the new update feature, it works so well.

PS. Do you know when the 'normal' X-Sec Antivirus website will go to https too? Because the www.xsecantivirus.com one isn't even though the cloud is.

At present, I'm not planning to enable HSTS on our website.
But HTTPS is available now, you can try to access X-Sec Cloud (www/blog/bbs are also ready)

I have checked our website on my computer using IE 11, seems like that not all features of BootStrap supported by Internet Explorer.
So it's normal, we recommend you using Chromium-based browser to browser our website

That's weird.

IDK for what reason above mentioned page is blocked, however it is when http is used instead of https.

Here's the test on Edge.


FS FreeDome seems to not care about the browser used, it will simply control / redirect traffic.
