I would not use wisse registry cleaner because it is way to agressive! It can lead to system cortuption, bsods and so on. Be careful when it comes to registry cleaning! It is only needed when you deinstall loads of software anyway. If you want to clean the registry use ccleaner because this one does not go so deep as others and has no false positives and is safe to use. The rest of your config looks ok to me , nothing really to ad. Thanks for Sharing!
