Microsoft plans to introduce monthly time limits for Xbox Cloud Gaming in November. Each Game Pass tier will have a set number of streaming hours: five for Essential, 10 for Premium, and 15 for Ultimate.

Non-subscribers will be able to purchase streaming hours to play games they own in the cloud. Microsoft says the main reason for the change is the increasing cost of maintaining its streaming infrastructure.

Microsoft estimates the restrictions will affect only around 4% of Game Pass subscribers.

I never used cloud gaming
I don't play cloud games. My gaming time is limited, so when I do play, I focus on gameplay and immediate fun rather than investing hours into a deep narrative. My preference is strategy games—especially the Total War franchise—and anyone familiar with the genre knows how essential and enjoyable modding is.

Hypothethically, what would happen if a Roman legion were replaced by a modern US Marine Corps Expeditionary company during the Battle of the Catalaunian Plains?

Sustained automatic fire & 60mm Mortars, M240Bs (effective range ~ 1km) and M27 IARs open fire well outside Hun archery range. Shrapnel from 60mm airbursts creates immediate shock and breaks forward cavalry cohesion before closing. Horses and riders face concentrated 5.56mm and 7.62mm fire. Piles of downed mounts create natural obstacles, halting subsequent waves of cavalry and inciting a rout. Smoke, supersonic cracks, explosions, and instantaneous casualties at unseen distances would be perceived as supernatural/catastrophic, collapsing Hunnic will to fight within minutes.
