It's not only German, the language is automatically chosen based on your system language.
The Dutch file you're talking about is the latest Dutch translation file, you can ignore it.

^^UPDATE: You can also mark and click inside the currently being scanned files and whatever is as test inside the text box

I think I´m scanning and when click on cancel scan/ stop scan and close the program over the x into the the right Corner or over the context menue over the taskbar Icon from Xvirus Personal Guard

I'll check that. Strange that happens, except if another program is accessing that file.
