Okay, let's reinstall Chrome then.
Open control panel, select Google Chrome and click uninstall. Make sure to check delete content box.
After that, go and manually delete Google folder (if it exists) in following locations:
C:\Program Files (x86)
C:\Users\Butch\AppData\Local
C:\Users\Butch\AppData\Roaming
C:\ProgramData
Reinstall Chrome and let me know if it is fixed.
