Speaking about K, it once detected Ulaa browser installer downloaded from Ulaa official website as a malware and reverted back the whole installation process.

Checked the installer by several reputable AVs; no detection.

One nice FP by K system watcher ruining my installation experience.

If it was not detected by other vendors, that never guarantees it was a FP. Maybe it was a zero day. Did you report it to Kaspersky or any other vendors?

Never heard of that browser. I believe it was not 10% as popular as ccleaner. The fact that ccleaner was too popular is what made the incident very dangerous.

Having worked in the AV industry and I got only one option in this scenario, up to this day I'll put my trust in Kaspersky.

I guess Gendigital and McAfee are the new Kaspersky both are good and would trust them none are bullet proof though.
