Your Favorite Android Custom ROM?

The first thing I do when my phone is out of warranty is to install a custom ROM. So I would love to know what are your favorite custom ROM's from the one's you have tried?

Other: GrapheneOS.

Remember that all custom ROMs run by default with open Bootloader which lack important security features like verified boot, OTA updates, ..

Only few (if not only one at all) support re-locking Bootloader and still work.

Also eg. LineageOS isn't a good choice if security is stability is important - because reasons above.
