Hello,

It's with sadness, when I wake up this morning, that I receive an email from YouTube, announcing the suppression of my YouTube channel.

Reason: YouTube prohibits spam, scams and misleading content.

It is important to know that the world of cyber security is frowned upon on YouTube.
However, accusing me of spam or scams, YouTube must not have seen my channel!

Of course I appealed the decision. I don't know if I will be able to get it back.
Nevertheless, it is with disgust that I publish this message.

If I have to recreate a channel, I'll do it.

Thanks you all ✌️❤️

Thank you all for your messages, it touches me a lot...

I'm thinking of an antivirus vendor, but I have no proof, it will be only a hypothesis.
It can be a 14 years old kikoo Jean Kévin who hates my work...
Or YouTube who doesn't know what a test is....

For the moment I have to wait for the return of YouTube, but it annoys me because it puts me in monstrous delays, and the future of the channel is uncertain...

And of course if I have to recreate a channel to continue, I'll do it ! 😉

Maybe there was a complaint of one of AV vendors that was tested by you?
That's a shame, good on you for appealing, maybe you inadvertently upset someone with the truth as you see it - Hopes you keep up the good work that I felt was interesting and honest.
I also think something like this happened. An AV vendor got pissed, didn't agree with something in your test and reported it as spam, scams and misleading content. Try to mention other similar channels on YouTube as an example to ask them how come your channel is any different from those! The TPSC guy has still a 100% misleading video on his channel named "Windows Defender Sandbox Test vs Malware". How come his video is still alive while your channel got removed! Maybe in a reply, YouTube will tell you about the specific video.
I have a wild guess who might have done it, but I won't name the vendor.

Is there any other way? At worst I recreate or image on MalwareTips as in Malware Hub as done @harlan4096 or @upnorth

Hope you'll get your channel back but in either the case your channel returns or you make a new channel, hope you'll upload your videos to alternative sites like Dailymotion or Vimeo as backups in cases like this since can't rely on Youtube to be friendly to its creators unless they're big corporations.

I already have a backup :) but I must admit I'm disappointed with YouTube, because they did confirm the removal...

Dailymotion I had thought about it, but too few people :/

I guess you can narrow it down to one with a negative outcome and review. But in order to avoid going down a slippery slope again, YouTube should share more detailed and specific info about its decision. I also hope you restore your acct. but it seems you're up against a wall with this one. These mega-corps tend to be like trying to move mountains in these cases. Good luck.

Sad to hear that. Some company's/people are very thin skinned and the bigger they are the better the delete button seems to work sadly :/
As long as an review is honest and based on facts a company should be able to deal with it.

No, especially since I am not trying to denigrate the software, I also submit undetected malware...

If nothing before Wednesday, I will recreate a new channel....

Its been 2 years since i removed my all youtube videos over 200 of them, and have not regretted it at all

Its a total joke , asking driver license to access graphic stuff that does not even exist on their platform :ROFLMAO:

Your content is enjoyable, there is not many channels like yours ... you could create your own wieverbase there and maybe someday even profit a little

I suggest you take another chance there at youtube, if it does not success maybe swap platform ( even though its hard to get wievers on other platforms)

I don't know, maybe Facebook (META) could be used after all The Metaverse is here to stay now. Google owns Youtube and Chrome. A boycott of those would be in order.

I am sorry to hear about your trouble with the Tube. They even host videos of animals having sex, (gorilla porn) go figure.
