Yes I have been and what they are doing is pretty stupid and dangerous. Knowing the Saudi's who knows what else they can do.

Well for 15 years I lived in Saudi Arabia, I rarely saw that skating while the car is in the high speed of a highway.

Commonly I saw was high speed motorcycles with a bit stunt performance in the road during night.
