Youtube updates again, new design

I get this design sometimes.First time i got it maybe 2 months ago.

This is the first time I've got this and it's stayed, so looks final to me. I like this over the previous one, except I don't appreciate the "What to Watch". What I want to watch are my subscriptions, and not the Most Popular videos.
