No email reply, but when I downloaded and scanned the file this morning on 2 separate notebooks, it came up clean this time. Maybe they took care of it on their end and just haven't gotten back to me, yet? There were a lot of files to be scanned in that .exe. I haven't seen that for a while (scan took about 15 seconds)?

Yes maybe that was the case. When I submit a file for Emsisoft, I tick the option to receive a reply from them.

Zen Browser executable was detected by MD, Kaspersky, Eset, Avira, Emsisoft and AVG.
