I like it so far, I've seen the bb in action a couple of times, which is nice :)
Btw, the main work of the BB is reporting suspicious acions/binaries to virus lab (CommunityIQ).
Now, many new improvements are coming to improve detection of autsandbox ... (I'm thinking of "Dyna-Gen") :D

RE: ZeroDay's Config. (Updated 19/03/2013)

Uninstalled: Avast!
Back to using the full CIS suite.

RE: ZeroDay's Config. (Updated 19/03/2013)

Hi Member. It just makes more sense to me to be using the full suite for now, I plan on trying Bitdefender free av once the new version comes out and I'll test Avast again at some point. I've installed Avast! On a few clients machines as it's set and forget, but for me it just makes more sense to use the full CIS suite.

May we have few word about your experience with kis 2013.
Any slow down in specific?

Thanks

Hi spirit,

So far my experience with Kis has been good, it's very configurable, it does use a lot of ram but feels really light on my system, my system feels just as responsive as it did when I used Cis. I really like the application control. Overall I'm impressed.

Thinking of giving it a try soon

RE: ZeroDay's Config. (Updated 22/05/2013)

Uninstalled: Kis
Installed: Bitdefender internet security 2013

RE: ZeroDay's Config. (Updated 10/07/2013)

Uninstalled: Bitdefender antivirus plus.
Installed: Emsisoft Anti-Malware 8 - Thanks to Earth for the license :)

RE: ZeroDay's Config. (Updated 10/07/2013)

Yeah I think so too. I've been toying with the idea of switching to EAM for a while now. MalwareDoctor & MalwareCentre gave me some advice and Earth gave me a 6 month license. I think I've made the right decision :)

RE: ZeroDay's Config. (Updated 10/07/2013)

On my vm (xp) Online Armor blocks ALL malware even 2/47 pieces of malware thanks to Anti Malware Network. They have pretty good backend.

RE: ZeroDay's Config. (Updated 10/07/2013)

Impressive. Do you consider EAM to be superior to Bitdefender antivirus plus?

RE: ZeroDay's Config. (Updated 10/07/2013)

Don't know since I have never used BDAV +.

But EAM only asks Anti Malware Network once Mamutu sees a malicious behavior unlike OA which asks AMN anytime you execute an executable, and it's impressive.

RE: ZeroDay's Config. (Updated 10/07/2013)

I'd switch to online armour too, but I really love Comodo's auto sandbox.

RE: ZeroDay's Config. (Updated 10/07/2013)

For example look at these 3 samples which have just been submitted

http://support.emsisoft.com/topic/10431-spywars-submissions/?p=81189

check them on "http://www.isthisfilesafe.com/" with SHA1 or MD5 value.

They are new and undetected by EAM. AMN detects all of the 3, so OA will block them.
