In my experience BD support was anything but useless when I reported FPs. They asked for logs and never replied to me after I provided them with the requested logs.Asking BD is probably the safest thing to do?

I agree BD caused me issues before. It is a game of luck. For some it is like a piece of paradise, to other it is a nightmare.It's not just FPs
