New Update An even better Microsoft Account bypass for Windows 11 has already been discovered

@roger_m Is is possible to pre-modify the ISO to bypass online account with 24H2? I use Ventoy instead of Rufus as I can store multiple ISOs in one flash drive.
The easiest way to do it is with Rufus, as it gives you the option to do so. However, you could create install media with Rufus and then use something like ImgBurn to create an ISO file from the USB installation media you've just created and then use that ISO file with Ventoy.

Thanks, that's a nice idea.

Users would like to know if there is a fool proof way to achieve this. TY in advance
The problem is that Microsoft is currently working hard and quickly to disable any workaround to bypass the use of a Microsoft account, so even if a method is found, the user must implement it within a week, or it will stop working after that.

There is one easy way that I learned some months ago. Generate an autounattend.xml from here with your preferred settings.
To learn how to use it, follow the instructions given here:
I use Ventoy in my USB drive where I store Windows and some other ISO files. The ventoy instruction is not given in the above link. It is provided here:
I have installed Windows 11 both on my PC and VM using this.

People posting these OOBE bypasses on the public web is the face of stupidity.

As I am typing, Microsoft personnel are changing the code to make this bypass impossible.

No, it doesn't have a built-in method. Users need their own xml file.
I used Ventoy long time ago to install W 11 23H2 on core 2 duo PC without any custom files.

Seems to be not valid recently

From my point of view & it is just mine, I really have no issues using a MS account to use with 11, if you use Windows MS knows more or less lots about you & likely your home address & it does seem that problems will occur at some point if you wage war with our friends in Redmond - However I do this monthly by removing Edge & MS often restore it, & that's OK (I also enjoy it) by me because I wont get locked out of a Windows install it took time to setup, however choices?

I've used this autounattend.xml generator to install Windows 11 24H2 in a VM (25H2 also supported):

For me the easiest way to get a fully debloated install. :)
Yeah, I forgot to mention the debloated part, which is massive too. I didn't have to remove anything post-installation. I have a batch script that disables/enables some settings after installing Windows. It's even possible to add the bat script into the autounattend.xml file to run it at first boot after installing, which I did. So everyone should try this the next time they install Windows.

This is all true. My only complaint is the fact that this account will install things from the past, and some of those things I may not even use anymore. I have to uninstall them, and that is not a big deal, but when I do a clean install, I like things to be pristine. I feel like I'm getting too much help, I rather do things myself.
