I use Eset on my system and it includes https scanning as a part of protection.
It doesn't noticeably decrease page loading speed so I don't mind about it from this point of view.
From privacy and security perspective I have mixed feelings. I would prefer that they didn't scan network traffic but with current implementation, protection level would drop (probably just slightly), if network traffic would not be scanned. So it's sometimes hard to decide whether to leave it enabled.
