Second opinion if these should be deleted.WinSxS always worries me.

They will be safe to delete, but I recommend you run AVG Clear instead. It is AVG's own tool for removing leftovers.
Used Revo and AVG Clear.They never get everything.I will update my clean copy of Win 10 and back up before I try anything.

Those files could be related to AVG Clear so in that case its not a big deal to leave them.If AVG Clear did not delete them there's a reason or so I would think.

I've deleted such entries using the same Everything app after uninstalling an AV without any problems but never did so for AVG. But first make sure those are all related to AVG only then at least create a system restore point and delete those entries.

I will do a backup before I delete anything.I also updated my Win 10 installation media.

I ended up reinstalling Win 10 because the files listed in Everything,after being deleted,caused system corruption according to sfc scannow.
