Not a wallpaper but a photo i found on a memory card from about 2 years ago, not the best photo but i tried. The bee was having breakfast on my Dahlias.

Is there no deceleration of pc processing speed?

Nope soft use about 1-2% CPU power and some ram but its also depend on your strength CPU and quality settings / FPS
I also enabled to load video from memory ram instald of disk for better responde ^^

However apps have some tweeks like can stop animate wallpaper during full screen apps is running like game so will dont steal power cpu/gpu behind when you play

And anothe great animated wallpaper/video loop with nature theme:
