Yes but I think system protection feature is unnecessary as I'm using Antivirus & Antimalware.
Yes, exactly, this is why I use Wise Disk Cleaner & Wise Registry Cleaner instead of Wise Care 365.
Also I want to know that if the free version of Wise Registry cleaner defrag registry?
Yes, the free version defrag the registry.

I have a local gigabit network and broadband, but the speed for two PCs running Win 10 connected via gigabit ethernet wires was only 100 Mbps DL/UL in Speedtest. I connected my laptop with the same Win 10 version to each of the wires and the speed was 500.

Later, I realized that I had used Kerish on the laptop to tweak the Internet settings. When I did the same to the two PCs, their speed went up, too.

I got the same result when I used Optimizer by Hellzerg.

Also, it looks like the PCs also show some improvement in loading apps and browsing folders, especially those with lots of files, with PerfectDisk (which is no longer being developed) Optiwrite on. I think there's an equivalent of that in iOLO and DymaxIO.

But yea, keep on installing additional software for "cleaning" or "optimizing" Windows. By that you even get more junk on the system that you don't need. Kind of missing the point of having a snappy and unpoluted system or am I wrong?
Windows Disk-Clean-up works well and often can clean gigs of junk, if you let it delete old Windows Updates. But some third party cleaning tools can clean junk from a lot of third party apps and in doing so, can find a lot of junk that Disk Clean-up won't. Installing apps won't impact system performance if they don't have any services that run in the background when they are not being used. If you've got plenty of free space, then there's little need to worry about cleaning up junk. But if you're running low on space, third party cleaning tools can be useful. As for optimising Windows, there are some cases, when doing so can lead to a noticeable boost in performance. That's often not the case, but it does happen. I use the paid version of Pegasun System Utilities. My PC is noticeably faster after using it to debloat Windows. Third party cleaning tools should be used for care, as they can cause issues. Aside from a handful of exceptions, just about every registry cleaner will sometimes mistake valid registry keys for errors and will want to delete them, which can cause problems. Also, aside form freeing up disk space and sometimes boosting performance, it's very rare for any of these system utilities to fix any issues you have with a computer, despite the often impressive claims the publishers make.

There's not an actual need to use such third party tools and it's fine to just let Windows take care of itself. But in some cases they can be useful.

Privazer - NOT using. Too inconvenient interface and can delete what is important to the system.

Ccleaner - NOT using. Lost its effectiveness, lots of marketing.

Kerish Doctor - NOT using it due to moral political reasons and privacy concerns (Russian product).

HiBit Uninstaller - I USE it. Good for install/uninstall soft, have many useful functions. I have concerns though, because it is an Iranian product. I hope it is made by a developer who is in opposition to the Iranian authorities.
