Rather than providing a specific ordered list, here are my thoughts.
I've been using Kerish Doctor for nineteen years and it works well. Based on comments here I've seen from users of it here, they are generally are very happy with it. The registry cleaner is safe to use, as in the times I've looked at what it wants to clean only the years, I've only ever seen a single false positive.
Wise Care 365 is quite good too, but just be aware that its registry cleaner has minor issues with false positives.
I don't like Glary Utilities particularly as I feel that there are better alternatives, but at least the developer did recently fix a minor issue with the registry cleaner that I reported to them.
I don't recommend System Mechanic. While it is safe to use, the publisher makes misleading claims. For example, when new versions are about to be released, you may get messages in the program asking you to extend your subscription to upgrade to the new version. However, if you already have an active subscription, you are already able to upgrade to the new version without spending any more money.
CCleaner works fine, but I've never liked it much as I've felt that there have always been better alternatives.
I not a fan of BleachBit, as when I used it years ago, with the default settings, it deleted some system files, which made my computer unbootable. Kerish Doctor's realtime monitoring, alerted me that this was happening and gave me the option to restore the files, but it was not enough to save my Windows install.
I haven't had much experience with PiivaZer, as I'm more interested in junk cleaning than cleaning usage traces
HiBit Uninstaller is one of the best uninstallers. It does a great job of finding leftovers. But it should be used with care, as on rare occasions the scan for leftovers with find large amounts of false positives. So you should always check what it wants to remove, rather than blindly let it remove all of the leftover it finds. However, you really should do the same with any uninstaller. Also, the developer (who is a member here), has been quick to release new versions with bug fixes, when I've reported issues.
Some other options to consider.
Wise Disk Cleaner. It does a good job of finding junk and unlike Wise Care 365, it does not include a registry cleaner.
Argente Disk Cleaner. The newly released version 3, can delete junk from a very large range of third party software. I recommend selecting the custom scan option, which lets you choose what apps you delete junk from, in case there are some apps you want to exclude.

Pegasun System Utilities. I used the paid version of this and after using it to debloat Windows, there is a very noticeable performance boost. There are free debloating tools too, but I've never used any, so can't comment on how it compared to others. Some of the other mentioned tools can do some minor tweaking, but don't do any debloating of Windows like this does.
