For routine maintenance Wise Care 365 for deep cleaning and tracks eraser Privazer kicks butt! Use Ccleaner then use Privazer, it will find gigs of crap on 1st use lol

Can anyone explain why they all find different things?
To make a computer as clean as possible you have to use 2 or 3 of them.
If I was developing Ccleaner for example I would run my software, then run other cleaners and see what I missed, and then develop my software to find what the others found.
