RE: Bitdefender KEY Problem!!!

You registered/activated the License before a PC Format, so I'm assuming Bitdefender doesn't allow that License to be re-used, even if you own it.

You may need to contact Bitdefender Support, unless anyone else knows how to solve this.

RE: Bitdefender KEY Problem!!!

Was that the key you gave up for a redraw http://malwaretips.com/Thread-Bitdefender-Internet-Security-2013-20-Licenses-for-MT-Members?pid=110267#pid110267 ?

Did you register the key? If so you should be able to go to account and release the key for reuse.

WHAT TO DO, IF YOUR KEY IS NOT WORKING:

Please use this uninstall tool to remove Bitdefender 2013:

http://www.bitdefender.com/files/KnowledgeBase/file/BD2013_Uninstall_Tool.exe

After you remove 2013 please restart the system, and then use this tool
to clear the registries:

http://www.bitdefender.com/files/KnowledgeBase/file/desid.exe

Then use this link to download Bitdefender Internet Security 2013:

32 bit operating systems:
http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/desktop/i_security/2013/en-us/bitdefender_is_2013_32b.exe

64 bit operating systems:
http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/desktop/i_security/2013/en-us/bitdefender_is_2013_64b.exe

In order to verify if you are running a 32 or 64 bit system press start ->
right click on Computer -> select properties -> and under the system panel you
will see system type.

The license key you need to use in order to register the product is: xxxxxxx

Please inform us whether the issue has been fixed or not, please remember we
are here 24/7.

@ Member & @ Earth : yes, my problem is solved..!!

Bitdefender when register keys, they just copy your computer name and all the statics of your PC...
So, any one need to register the key that you have is not done,...

If the key is yours and you install in the same pc or other pc you have to wirte pc name , log in in you bitdefender account and add your key...
