Why don't you try this method.... see the quoted text.
I solved.....

1) Download (openvpn desktop client) http://swupdate.openvpn.net/downloads/openvpn-client.msi
2) Link to http://www.vpngate.net/en/ and search VPN gate German when available it
3) Download OpenVPN Config file and launch
4) Link to http://www.bitdefender.de/media/html/covermounts/#pcwelt

Because the DE servers on there don't work.The ones that did are soon blacklisted.Just checked again the IP's have been blocked

I have not found anywhere on their website mentioning the system requirements.

What are the system requirements ?
