if you know someone from Germany I guess you could but after they use the IP a couple times it will be give an error the the IP has been used already.

1) Download (openvpn desktop client) http://swupdate.openvpn.net/downloads/openvpn-client.msi
2) Link to http://www.vpngate.net/en/ and search VPN gate German when available it
3) Download OpenVPN Config file and launch
4) Link to http://www.bitdefender.de/media/html/covermounts/#pcwelt
