That's a really powerful card right there. Definitely a good choice. I myself won't settle for more. All I need is solid 720p performance so a 750 Ti is more than enough for my needs.

Overclocking's not really that important on an Intel system in my opinion, Turbo Boost shall cover most of everyone's needs.

I want to pair with Intel i3 4th gen processor. Or should i opt AMD ?
Sorry I meant on Socket, not chipset.

So if 4th generation Intel, then it's 1150 Socket.
I don't want to confuse you, but do you want to have an upgrade path to Intel's 5th generation processors, or no?

Thanks , Is this Good? Link
It's a cheaper option. Very good mobo also. But comes with "only" 16GB of RAM available, with 2 slots. If you want a 8GB of RAM for a start then I suggest you to buy a single stick, so later when you want to upgrade to 16GB you can enable Dual-Channel mode. It also comes with older 887 Realtek Audio, but also good.

If I may quote the guy from TomsHardware, briefly explaining the chipsets.
The basic differences:

Z87 is to top end chipset. Great for overclocking and SLI and other chipset features.
H87 basically the same as Z87 minus the overclocking abilities, and doesn't support triple SLI
H81 budget level, no overclocking, no sli, limited sata 6gb/s, limited usb 3.0

The B85 you mention is a business focused chipset, and it is the budget level with limited options of the other business chipsets.

Now when Intel 5th Generation is coming there are new H97 and Z97 chipsets for those CPUs

ASUS had problems with sound and heat in the past. Now they fixed up all, next to Dell, Lenovo and HP, makes the best laptops IMO
