Just a quick question. This folder on my computer is almost 4 gb big and contains over 100k folders. Can I delete these folders? I think it pertains to Windows updates. Thanks.

These folders are unnecessary if the updated system works well. But, the user will not be able to roll back some Windows Updates.
These rollback folders can be cleaned by using Windows built-in cleanup application (cleanmgr.exe and use <Clean up system files>).

Edit.
On my computer, the cleanmgr deleted all rollbacks except the last one.
