Solved Can’t delete trojan virus

I downloaded iTools, it was the first site when I searched for iTools in google and it seemed legit so I installed it. After that I got a trojan virus, which I can’t remove. So I have reinstalled windows and deleted everything, but the virus is still on my PC. Is there a way to fix this?

Yeah it seems now. I had a file named aria debug in my %temp% folder and that one is gone now
