Question Cannot Open Windows Security

Im on Windows 11, and I cannot Open Windows Security, or anything related to it like Smart App Control, Core Isolation, etc.

Can you not open it if you have a third party AV, and I also cannot restart the "Security Center" Service.

I might just reset windows I've done it before

If something stops working, a reset of Windows will restore it to default minus any installed apps.

It uninstalls the applications, but saves some of the files with them, for example it doesnt wipe my games, their still there, I just have to "reinstall" them,

Your apps are saved to One Drive. You need to reinstall them, too.

Ok off topic question but i gotta ask why are my windows 11 notifcations blurry as crap

This has turned into a worse issue, Windows Security is gone. Its not installed. I've reset windows, tried SFC and DISM, tried installing, etc. Idk what to do.
