Advice Request Can't run Norton Power Eraser

I'm trying to run NPE at my VM , tried reinstalling Windows and nothing works. Did anyone get that already?

I occasionally run NPE win10 running on vmware workstation 15 and have had no problems, but I have not run it for a few weeks. Sorry not more help.

Try download a new version, I got a similar warning some days ago in some of my VMs and I fixed it download it again, probably a new version.

NPE does not exactly get updated, so I keep an eye on it on Softpedia. At least it properly lists the new version unlike the official webpage.

I can confirm I had this exact same issue and like this was fixed by downloading it again. Both were the same version so not sure what caused this.
