I had a series of issues arise when my computer suddenly became slow, but I am not really sure if they are linked:
-6-7 Avast virus notices/minute
-Missing Thumbnails from pictures
-10-12 COM Surrogate procceses taking up nearly 95% of my CPU usage
-Frequent "page flashes" (When I am on a page, it will jump, and I will have to click on my current page again to continue my work)
I noticed that the problem gets worse when I am on the Internet, especially when browsing videos.
