So its like KillSwitch Beta version currently could be a mix of PH or PE or both of them. The only they add was known to be original was verdict to know if the process was safe or not.

Many infected systems have the internet connection corrupted by malware, so CCE would be useless on those systems because it couldn't update database.

agree, generally it is by modifying the HOST file, but Killswitch 2 new feature "Quick Repair" should fix it.

Also supposed a status will show which one is having problems and will attempt to fix it.

I looked once and they did share their codes

Download link please, I never seen a download link to Killswitch's source code.

This is where Killswitch's source suppose to be available- http://sourceforge.net/projects/killswitch/files/

As you can see this project has no files. Comodo never even setup their open-source page- http://killswitch.sourceforge.net/

Thanks.:D

you gave me the right link and there were files before. Since They have written "their own code" (I can't say if it true or not)

According to Sourceforge.net the files were never there to begin with.
I'm a active member at Sourceforge and even help work on some projects and I never seen Comodo add any files to Killswitch project page. They never bothered with even setting up anything to do with Killswitch on Sourceforge. They only posted releases in their forum with no source-code. I can see why PH and PE developers were getting angry. Even if they did write their own code for the latest Killswitch (I somewhat doubt they did), they are still required to produce their source-code for previous versions that they publicly released. Something tells me the legal battle is not over yet.

Thanks.:D

Comodo's problem. I see no harm for them to share the previous versions of it unless they have discovered a way to bypass it or similar.

but better, it is a improved legit version of Process Hacker (authors of PH were not so happy to see it :D ) , now the v2 start to split from PH.

It's not based on PH at all. It is completely new code from the ground up.

And whether or not anyone believes this is true, Comodo is very aware that people will be skeptical and do their best to decompile and compare the code. (Especially the author of PH)

So I was trying out CCE(v1.8)+KS(v2), and is it normal for KillSwitch Beta to be using 181,000K (working set) RAM?

I have Panda Cloud AV v1.9.1 Beta installed.

I have 100MB when it's in use and I must say that it's much for only KS. I hope they will resolve this matter. I have enough ram (8GB) but even though
